We were a group of 4 senior citizens, and despite informing the property multiple times in advance over the phone that we re going to be 4 senior citizens, we were still allotted rooms on the first floor in a property with no lift facility. The listing lies about wifi being available (it was available in one room), and about being all inclusive.
