"Pésimo, hice la reserva para viajar en familia. El teléfono que me enviaron de Hoteles.com no pertenecía a un abonado en servicio. Después de hacer el reclamo me dieron una Dirección de mail. Nunca me respondieron. Llegamos al lugar y el edificio tiene 4 torres y más de 300 departamentos. Nadie sabía nada acerca de la reserva. Encima en el teléfono de atención al cliente de Hoteles.com la Única solución que me dieron fue hacerme la cancelación de la reserva, cobrándome la totalidad de la estadía...

Being able to park our car was definitely convenient. The location is great, it gave us the opportunity to see the city as we walk to the touristic area"
