"The shower floor was dirty:moldy. Had to purchase a new pair of shower shoes. Staff was professional and warm. Breakfast was great. (Missed bacon ! ) You are my go to location for family friendly stays wherever I go. My late husband was a travel agent. How can I get his loyalty points added to mine? The stay April 2025 was his service weekend."

"Room was clean. Staff was very helpful from the moment we arrived. My husband uses a rollator/walker and we had a late check in. The gentleman who checked us in offered to help with our luggage, and assisted us with the luggage cart when we arrived at our room. The breakfast and cleaning staff were also very helpful and friendly. I read some of the reviews that said the hotel had changed through the years and I was a little leary about staying there. I stayed at the Baymont through the years for family gatherings and never had an issue. This visit was fine and the price was reasonable. I have another family event this fall and plan to stay at the Baymont again. My only constructive comment is about the beds...being seniors, the beds are very high and difficult to get into...once you do they are comfortable."
