"Good position in centrum but the hotel has some old fashioned opening hours were they apply country side peoples mentality: lobby bar closes 19:00 ! and roof top bar 23:00! We were told to leave sharp 23:00 because "we are closed". Hotel room without any services; minibar was partly not refilled (no beer), you could not buy a beer in reception, no bathrobe or water bottle. Of course no Nescafe machine for coffee making. Would never visit this hotel again. Gym was small and had not the basic equipment you could require from such one, no water available or towels. I was not visiting spa and sauna because it was so much noise and floors were covered with water when I looked inside."

"Very comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was of a high standard with a nice modern but retro feel. The hotel was nicely located to all the shops and amenities, and was easy to move around the city. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. The morning breakfast was delightful and served buffet style, in a relaxed environment, catering for all tastes. I was made to feel very welcome by the staff at the hotel, and will definitely be returning to stay here again in the future. "

"Staff was very kind and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was amazing. The room was a little small, but the price wasn't outrageous. The location was close to downtown shopping and public transportation. Reduced-price parking was nice, but spots were taken pretty quickly, depending on the time of day. Overall, I will recommend it to others."

"All staff were very good and cheerful. The bed room was simple, very clean and shower was also good. Wi-fi in the bedroom was very fast. Breakfast had a good selection and the inclusive evening meal was simple but good albeit of a limited selection. I would happily use this hotel again without any worries."
