"We went to check in and I was told we needed to pay 30 Euros more as the reservation only showed up in the system as one person. I always book as two people. The rate was already $255 Canadian so I was not paying more. They conceded and we didn't have to pay anymore.
Checked into the room and there was minimal power available. There was a card system on the wall and the key card we had been given wasn't the right one. Took contacting the front desk three times to rectify the situation. The room temperature was 24.5 C and you couldn't adjust the temperature. You had to open the window.
Went to get a shower and there was no hot water, not even luke warm. Mentioned that when we checked out and we were told it was a maintenance issue and was the whole hotel. We had talked to a couple at breakfast who had been there a few days and they had no issues with hot water at all.
The room was clean and it was a great location. Breakfast was good.
Overall very disappointed with the lack of customer service. Basically we were told it is what it is. We were not offered any compensation for the inconvenience of no hot water."
