"I had a few issues. Due to staff not being present at check in, etc, I couldn’t get adequate resolution until after I left. However, the manager responded appropriately which was appreciated. Loved having hot breakfast, however students prepared the food and it took an hour for two simple breakfast meals. The omelet was terribly overdone. The rest was fine. Appreciated the uniqueness of the hotel."

"Even though the room was clean, it reeked of cigarette smoke despite being a non-smoking room. Staff was incredibly friendly, including the cleaning staff who gave us extra shampoos, and helped us quickly fix the TV that wasn’t working well. However, the breakfast left A LOT to be desired, with zero fresh coffee (only instant coffee available), and zero protein options like egg or turkey/deli meats."

"The rooms were clean. The air conditioner could use a clean there was mould in it. The staff were very helpful for resetting our cards when I put it on my phone. They called us when my son had forgotten a very important bag. We really appreciated that. Breakfast was good. We will recommend your place and we would stay there again. We did a a mix up with our room. A staff member had tried to get into our room. It was hard to get back to sleep after that. It was a misunderstanding."
