"This is a luxury resort and as such, it oozes luxury. The place was serene, peaceful, and opulent. Bed was comfortable, room was glamorous and all the meals we ordered were on point and delicious, be it local dishes or continental. The pool was clean and the views across the lake from the rooftop balcony were spectacular. The parts that need work are the time it takes to receive your food or drinks when you order. It sometimes takes as long as an hour just to get your food, which should never be acceptable. Also, the breakfast buffet was not it. For as much money as you are shelling out to stay here, the breakfast buffest was very lack-luster and frankly, very unappetizing. Rice water on a luxury resort buffet? Come on man, even secondary school dining halls do better for breakfast. Overall, the experience was superb, and I would definitely recommend the place to anyone, and would visit again, but will probably skip the breakfast buffet until it improves."

"The location is absolutely excellent on top of the hill. We loved that, the staff were so helpful, accommodating, friendly and couldn't do enough for us. They made our stay the best they could. However, the premises itself is shabby, needs updating and a good tidy up. With some investment, it could be so much nicer, comfortable and modern. The biggest frustration is how limited the menu, food and drinks options are. Too many times meals on the menu were not available and similarly with the drinks. Our biggest complaint is with the breakfast. It was poor, the food was cold and it was certainly not a buffet. It was billed as a buffet breakfast of local and continental options. During the week only omelette, salad and bread was available. On the weekend there was also rice, cow skin and sometimes chicken. However, the food was cold, it was not self service and we were only allowed one serving. I would strongly recommend that the management look into these issues and make improvements. It has great potential, but currently it is letting itself down. I doubt I'd stay there again. "

"The facility picture on the website is not the actual place I was accommodated. An annex of the original place was rather assigned to me. Unconvinced excuses were made to explain such a terrible situation. Lack of credible database to track on-site booking. Overall, 3/10 hospitality services were provided !!! "

"I got there and was told they didn’t receive my booking from Expedia and also the hotel is fully booked. I haven’t received any refund yet but this is not right coming all the way just to be stranded and loosing extra money "
