"Our room, bathroom, appliances, etc., were all very clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. The microwave was a good size, and the mini-fridge was bigger than most mini-fridges, but there was no freezer section in the fridge. (There is ice available in a building next to the main building.) The TV has a lot of stations you can just watch (you don't have to cast from your phone). That was awesome since one day we were stuck inside during a thunder storm. The provided toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soap) were just okay, and we're pretty sure the water was on the soft side since we questioned whether we had rinsed off all the soap on multiple occasions. The location was fantastic. One block off of the main street and just a few blocks from the Long Beach Arch entrance. Overall we're very happy with our stay. Clean, good price, great location!"

"The property is the historic Astoria but maintained well. The check in process was a little disconcerting. You had to check it at the Hostel across the street, two flights up. The room was clean and modernized. No AC but not needed because of the areas cool nature temperatures. Two of the windows opened about 6 inches to allow circulation. Very safe and secure building entrance."

"I recently stayed at this property, having visited many times when it was a Comfort Suites. Since the takeover by Best Western, I noticed that the rooms have been beautifully remodeled and were spotlessly clean. The free breakfast was a fantastic perk that really started my day off right. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but it looked inviting and well-maintained. I also loved that the hotel is conveniently located next to Safeway, which made it easy to grab any essentials I needed. The only downside I found was the price; it can be noticeably higher than other hotels in the area. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a comfortable stay!"

"Great location, helpful staff, comfortable beds, nice bathroom/shower layout. Hotel is well-maintained and clean. Close proximity to several EV charging stations. The pool and sauna were amazing. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet (even had vegan options), and the infused waters. I would definitely stay there again!"

"The inn was super nice and the staff extremely helpful, but there was no air conditioning and the fan basically didn’t work. I had just assumed all inns would have ac and booked this one for our stay in July. It was far too warm and since the room was ground level near a busy road we didn’t feel comfortable leaving our window open while we slept."
