"maintenance needed in room. Silver dollar size shower head. Desk chair was in need of repair. Biggest problem was I booked a king nonsmoking -accessible through the web site and paid for it at booking. When I arrived , we were placed in a King -non smoking regular. Not what I booked. Duty clerk said booking was for a standard not an accessible room. Stated they had already booked the accessible room for another lady. I'm not a fan of bait and switch schemes and have reasons to book an accessible room. Duty clerk said it was your fault with the booking interface. I'm the one who got burned. Not Happy.!!!"

"It was great that they changed booking to ground floor since Im disabled. The parking and location was ideal. However... the beds were so tall I couldnt get on or off without husbands help and I am 5'8"! And the bedspred was so rough, it actually burned my elbow when I moved. My elbow was much smoother though. It was not a handicapped unit but we didnt ask for one. The bathroom didnt accomodate my walker. So hisband had to help again. The TV was full of sports and religous programming and it was an old unit and the remote was difficult to operate. It wasnt perfectly clean, the tissue dispenser was covered with fingerprints and the huge bathroom mirror was smeared on bottom half. We didnt want to get in the bath because of an unidentiful rusty apparatus in the wall. We wont be staying there again."

"We needed to stay one night to drop our daughter off for drum and bugle corps practice at the high school (which is beautiful). This was a nice clean hotel with basic comfortable rooms. It’s outdated with older lamps and an older TV but the lighting was pretty good, the bathroom was clean, the beds were clean and very co. We both slept very well. It’s extremely quiet. Dog friendly as we brought our two little dogs with us. The only negative was that a lot of breakfast items were not out like bread for toast, biscuits were empty (they had not even been put out but on the menu) and the crock pot was empty (insert not even put in place. I’m not sure if they were overwhelmed as it had been open for awhile. The room was clean. Otherwise I would stay here again. The beds were so comfortable"
