"The property looks okay from distance but inside staining floors,old carpet. Staffs are very slow to check in talking to death about their own issues men I have been hiking I’m tired I need check in and take shower. There is no hotel option near by so guests will not have choice but price so high for the hotel condition."

"Someone described this as luxurious--I'm sorry. I felt it was a Route 66 motel in need of updating. The only luxurious thing was the size of the room. The beds were okay. The bathroom was separated into 2 rooms. One with the closet & sink. The heater in this room we could not get turned on. The other was the stool and shower/tub. There was no heater. We did find a portable heater in a closet, so we used that to warm up that area before we showered. We got in late, so didn't see the pool & spa area. It was the only motel in this small town, and I thought it was overpriced for the condition of the motel. No breakfast, either. Had to drive through 2 more towns to find a restaurant. Pretty remote area after going through Brice Canyon and heading up to I-70. I'm glad there was a motel to sleep, but I would certainly not call it luxurious! "

"Convenient to park. Underwhelmed with the set up. No fridge or coffee in room. Shower so strong it was painful. No towel by sink. Window would not open. Beds were comfortable."

"Beautiful little cabin. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great to have A/C unit. Limited outlets next to bed. "

"Lots of parking. Don’t expect much from the free breakfast. There is a gas station/convenience store a two minute walk from the hotel with lots of stuff. Also, good restaurants really close too."

"Much more than expected. Great cabin suitable for a family of four. Clean and spacious. Located about 10 minutes from Capitol Reef NP. Very convenient."

"The only thing I really didn’t care for was the breakfast buffet."
