"This was a great hotel! Check-in was easy and we loved the information and history about the hotel. There is a great coffee shop connected to the hotel. We walked around Americus and did some shopping. The outdoor patio, on the 3rd floor, was amazing for relaxing in the evening."

"This was my second visit here and both times, staff was exceptionally friendly and professional, courteous and helpful! My room was recently renovated and much better than last visit. Comfy bed. Price was good. Loved the to-order eggs breakfast rather than continental. Locals even hang out here together for coffee! Now, if they would just turn off the 24-news in the restaurant...(Weather Channel is always a good option for tourists.) Thanks Quality Inn Americus -- i would speak highly of your place. "I originally booked a room here because it was the closest property I could find for a business meeting the next morning. But I couldn't be happier with the experience. Ms. Richardson was friendly, professional, and helpful, and she made sure I had everything I needed. I had plenty of privacy, but I also felt appreciated and welcome. And the room itself was very nice--one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. I'll definitely be back."

"Room was filthy and smelled terrible. Shower, shower curtain and floor were moldy. Toilet was dirty. There were dirty footprints from the door to the bathroom. There was something splattered on the floor by the nightstand and something spattered on the wall. Sheets had greasy stains and dirt spots. Asked if they had another room and the front desk clerk was too busy having a conversation on her cell phone to do much other than tell me to contact Expedia. "

"Although this place stated they were renovated, I found this to be misleading. The toilet was new, and the tile looked like us was installed by unskilled workers. The shower curtain rod and grab bars were stained and peeling. The walls were dirty, the bedspread was stained, furniture was worn, scratched. We slept in our clothes and coats on top of the bedspread bc we just felt things were not clean. The nightstand lamp did not work. Non of the usb outlets works in any lamp. The microwave oven was dirty. Worst was the door to the room did not have a secondary lock for security. They had been broken off. We jammed the one chair provided against the door. They required full payment upfront (2nights). The fine print stated that once the check in paper was signed, no refunds were allowed, so we were stuck. The motel seemed to house those who were otherwise homeless. Personal chairs outside doors and a BBQ was on a balcony. The “lobby” was always locked and I had to make a call to have someone check me in. This is NOT the quality of motel I expected to find on Hotels.com."
