"This was a scary hotel. Lobby was dirty. The hallway had dog poop in it. The door to the outside didn’t secure properly. The furnace was falling apart. The bed was disgustingly gross. The jacuzzi was so old and gross. We only stayed here for 1 hour. We were scared to any longer. We had our little granddaughter with us. We did not feel safe at all. I want my full refund and I don’t know how to get it back. The office said I had to go through Expedia. I had anxiety so bad. We went and got a room at Wyndham across the street. Which cost me more money. What a horrible experience. Ruined our first vacation with our granddaughter. Please refund my money"

"The room was a nice size and clean but not stocked with enough towels for 4 guest and we had no extra toilet paper we ran out and had to get two rolls from the front desk. Beds were comfy and I sleep really well"

"STAY HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK! Unclean, unsafe, and illegal practices! The room was musty, the towel holder fell off the wall onto my unshoed foot, the person in the room next to me was puking violently all night and into the morning. The outlets were unsafe and made all my chargers hot. I got stuck in the elevator twice due to the doors not opening. They were informed, but the manager did not contact anyone about it, did not put an out of order sign up, and still allowed people to use it. This is in direct violation of multiple Indiana building code laws! The place is dirty and the staff are not helpful. They only had 1 wheelchair van access isle that was taken so I was told to park in back in a spot by the fire lane so i wouldn't be blocked in. Someone parked in the fire lane illegally making it impossible to get into my wheelchair accessible van the next morning. The front desk lady "didn't know what to do about it". The cops were called on the second day due to a domestic. Due to the safety issues, I did not feel comfortable staying a second night as a wheelchair user on the 3rd floor with a non-functional elevator, police being called and being a single, disabled female traveler. The manager refused to refund my second night. "

"We did get to check in early, that was nice. Evidently the room has been vacant for quite some time. The dust on everything was apparent. It smelled so musty we asked the staff to bring some air freshener, that did help for a little while. When we returned after dinner the smell was right back. He explained that it has been closed up due to winter and they haven't aired it out yet due to the cold. My husband is on oxygen, he couldn't breath very well. When we went out to the patio (the only reason I rented this particular room), when I went to sit down there was what looked like poop on the patio chairs. We decided we had had enough, we left. "
