"I arrived, waiting 25 mins in line to check-in, finally got to the desk, first interaction was with a new staff, waited for them to get help from other staff, than to be told that I did not have a room. They were booked & as I booked this months in advance & got a rude staff that couldn't look at me while they were talking & just stated to take it up with the manager."

"The location was great for the event that I went to. The staff were great and kind. We didn’t stay too long so we didn’t use the amenities. I think we were give a coupon as well. So the place was beautiful as well to stay."

"The pool wasn't open and I wasn't told until it was too late to cancel my reservation. That's probably the main draw of the hotel. The room was VERY clean and awesome. Thank you! Why would a hotel with such a huge empty lot charge a nightly parking fee for someone already paying over $200 for a room in Fargo, ND? That makes no sense at all. Why are the bathrooms so crappy? The shower head was at shoulder height. I'm only 6 feet tall. With the rooms so amazing and clean and awesome otherwise, why have a crappy shower like this? It's such a fancy hotel, you should have nice bathrooms too, or at least a decent sized shower."

"Wonderful except for the train noise. If you wanna sleep at night, do not get a room facing the railroad tracks. Very loud and the train chugs through more than once during the evening and night."

"There was pizza sauce in the table in our room. My son stepped on glass on the carpet in from of the sink and upon closer inspection we found more glass on the carpeting and glass on the bathroom floor that I stepped on. The place had definitely not been swept or vacuumed with any attentioned paid at all. We had a pool side access room and the pool was closed until 5 each day. No regular cleaning occurred at the pool. There were many bandaids littering the pool deck areas, it was dirty. The front desk staff were very nice... the only positive."
