"We stayed in the Egg Suite and it was so quiet and relaxing. The complimentary breakfast is good but if you have food allergies you may want to plan for something else. The staff was excellent and we loved the town."

"My son and I stayed 6 nights in an accessible room. The website mentions that you have to request housekeeping during longer stays, but even when we did, we found the service a bit unpredictable. There was no niche or shelf for toiletries in the shower, which was inconvenient. Of the five staff members I spoke to during the visit, only one graced us with a smile while we were there. The breakfast was ok, but only one day offered scrambled eggs and sausage; the biscuits and gravy on the other days were not as welcome. Fortunately, the waffle maker remained a reliable alternative. My grandsons loved the pool, which helped make up for some of the other shortcomings, and the location was very convenient. Unfortunately, the town is too small to offer any real competition and the place feels like it."

"This is a beautiful hotel. We loved the character and charm of yesteryear. Walking around the building just to take it all in was amazing. The room was exceptionally clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. We are definitely going back!"
