"I have stayed at this property several times and never had any issues or complaints until now. There were several issues with our room during our stay. Our bathroom shower leaked, could not get our tv to work and had to call the front desk on multiple occasions for assistance. The front desk attendant was incredibly helpful and actually cleaned up all excess water for me. He also assisted with replacing the remote so that my grandchildren could watch tv. Unfortunately, the WiFi would not work for me and the new front desk attendant the next morning was not helpful, so I was not able to work as planned. Breakfast was not up to their normal standards. I stay here a few times a year to visit family and hope that we simply caught this hotel on an off weekend."
