"We were put in a room by a huge barking dog that I could smell. It was so gross! Complaining about the barking the staff moved us up tp floor 2, that was pleasant. "

"We stayed on April 18th overnight. The check in was super fast, friendly, and smooth. We arrived early but instead of waiting for the room assigned to us, the clerk quickly found a room that was ready and checked us in. The room smelled clean and looked very clean :). The only issue we had was our room faced the pool on the first floor, and they must have been hosting a kids party because the pool area was packed with kids and was super loud. Fortunately, I had brought ear plugs, otherwise we wouldn't have been able to fall asleep until the pool closed. The continental breakfast was typical, but it would have been nice to offer lactose free options, such as oat/almond milk for the coffee/tea. It did have a 'make your own pancakes' as well, but with all the children there, it had a big line up so I skipped it. For the price we paid, it was well worth the stay! The beds were super comfortable as well as the pillows. It was exactly what we needed after driving 13 hours from Toronto! Overall, I would recommend this place, just be mindful to ask for a room NOT right beside the pool area if you are a light sleeper. "

"It was okay for the price. I did not expect a room FULL of mirrors though. Behind the bed: MIRROR from wall to wall, and bed to ceiling, no headrest, just MIRROR. And to make it worse across from the bed (you guessed it) another big mirror. So while in bed I felt like a victim in a horror movie, waiting to see something in the illusion of mirrors. Creepy. Maybe it was just me. Overall, everything was just okay for the price. "

"Room was not really clean. Traveling with a dog myself- I understand “pet rooms”… this one smelled of pet urine… and there was previous pet kibble on the floor :/ Beds were comfortable- surprisingly so. Linen was older TV Remote controlled Channel- but remarkably- not the volume. Toilet was a SUPER slow flush- (hold the handle and watch it sslloowyy flush.. ) On the plus side/ it was a quiet hotel- Not many guests. We get what we pay for."
