Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Brooklyn Park - Brooklyn Center, MN
4/10 Poor
"Place wasn’t as nice as the photos. The property was pretty dirty and messy. We didn’t have our room fully stocked upon checking in either"

LivINN Hotel Minneapolis North / Fridley

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Minneapolis West, MN
2/10 Terrible
"Parking lot was dark with many lights burned out, the hotel itself was dirty and under renovation. Our room was clean, it took 3 tries, but the floor was not level, TV didn’t work and there was nothing to sit on besides the bed."

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Minneapolis-Minnetonka
2/10 Terrible
"I checked in on a Friday night planning to stay until Sunday morning, me and my friends woke up around 4am to find a bed bug on the pillow, an adult size bed bug at that, we caught it in a plastic cup and brought it down to the front desk, he asked if we needed new sheets, we asked for a different room because we had no where else to go at that time in the morning, no other hotel close by would let us check in until 4pm. He said he’d let the manager know what was going on and that we could talk to her later. We got the new room and checked everywhere for bed bugs & didn’t find anything, still we could barely get back to sleep after the whole ordeal because we were terrified to find another one crawling on our pillows. Because of that we didn’t fall asleep until at least 9-10am, we accidentally slept past 3pm, so by the time we went down to the front desk to figure everything out further the manager was gone and the front desk wouldn’t cancel our next nights stay or refund us:/ the whole situation was really disappointing and disgusting, especially for the amount of money spent just to get a room with bed bugs. Terrible all around. Bed bugs override all Non refundable bookings as well as all no cancellation policies."

AmericInn by Wyndham Chanhassen
2/10 Terrible
"Will never stay here again! Room was dirty. Sheets and pillow cases were stained. Stay somewhere else and save yourself the headache."

AmericInn by Wyndham St. Cloud MN Shopping Area
2/10 Terrible
"I think you should advertise this hotel as a hostile instead of a hotel!
It smelt like the sweatiest mildew forming gym socks in my room or perhaps someone passed away in that room and it was just never taken care of.
304 was disgusting blood stains on the sheet, that were put on the bed inside out. No towels in the room, except a wash cloth and hand towel. Chair pushed up in the bed, no liners in the garbage randomly, tv remote sticky, looks like they may be started cleaning it and just walked away and said no.
I got in late at night & exhausted from my drive.
I didn't realize all of this. I fell asleep immediately and woke up to the disgust. I had to get up in the middle of the night to turn the fan on because the smell was so overwhelming.
I went down at 6am to get towels explained the whole situation and how I would love a refund of my monies however the owner behind the counter said no can't give refund. I can put u in different room! No- I just want to shower & get out of the nasty!"

Sheraton Minneapolis West Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"We did have breakfast in the hotel and it was very good!"

Cambria Hotel Minneapolis Maple Grove
8/10 Good
"Check in staff very friendly and courteous. Check out lady seemed very irritated that I was checking out at 645am. Did not ask how my stay was. No breakfast ready until 7 which was a bummer
Hot tub did not work. Dead skin floating in it. Pool was a bit cloudy. Room was cozy and clean.
Yelling outside at 130am. Almost called law enforcement."

Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis - Maple Grove
10/10 Excellent
"If you have to travel to the Twin Cities area, Maple Grove is a nice option out of downtown yet close enough to everything on the 494 loop. This Hilton Garden Inn is tremendous amongst those options. We checked in at 9:50, and the manager alerted us to the restaurant/bar closing in 10 minutes. 10 minutes before close on a Thursday, most restaurants are busy in their shut down procedures. Fred not only kept the kitchen open, but we had a steak that was better than most places calling themselves a steak restaurant (and we're from Montana where we know steak). The Hotel was incredibly clean and every member of the staff we encountered were happy, engaging, and helpful. Do yourself a favor and stay here; and believe me try the steak."
