Front desk was terribly rude. The curtains were torn up, Carpet had something sticky on it not cleaned, elevators didn’t work, pool was closed, room was stinky, when asked to change, no action from front desk.

Very bad experience left right after I walked into the room it’s smelled horrible and it was very dirty tv didn’t work I checked out 2min after I couldn’t sleep there.

it was horribale experince my niece and nephew and their families suppose to stay at hotel because i invited them from new york to attend my sons wedding. both families have infants,and they not give them any cribs. my nephew and his family check in on may 10 ,but because of room condition,bad smell ,room dirty ,broken furniture and bugs in the pillows and on the bed and carpets moving and flying every where. in few hours ,he found the room in marriet close by and move out.and strong scent of marwana not only in the hallways but inside the room. other story of my niece ,because she could not go any where else,she spent 4 terriable nights in the hotel with 2 8 months old infant,no cribs offered,she buy the cribs by herself, no water in the bath room no light in the bathroom and no one co operate to fix them right away,they spend whole without water and power with the babies,no alternate provided.. too many problems both families faced during their stay

Outside property outdated the rooms are outdated, not enough towels and cleaning supplies, but it was OK for one night and the pool is outdoors is not indoors so no relaxation or bed

The room was filthy and toilet paper holder was broke and missing. Talked to manager and they replaced toilet paper holder but didn’t sweep or vacuum as I mentioned to manager that it wasn’t done. Came in from out the f town for brother passing away and had to deal with that also. I recommend not a good place to stay

Our room had 2 queen beds. The frame on one was broken causing the bed to be lopsided. The curtains were stuck and did not close all the way. The knob to pull up to activate the shower head was rusted off and did not work. So we couldn’t take showers. The room needed to be updated. Carpeting was coming up at the edges. The online advertising of rooms was very misleading. Disappointed and not worth what we paid.

Not what it seems in the pictures. The tub was gross looking and the bed was practically against the door. There was also a strange smell in the room. We walked into our room and turned right back around.

This property is very run down, the room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a week, only clean thing in the room were sheets and towels. Door looked like it had been forced open previously, bed was broken, furniture was in bad shape. Only stayed one night and was booked for four! This place is scary! Bath tub was also dirty and stained. Pretty sure they are keeping my money for the four nites as well. Avoid at all costs!!!

We couldnt even stay in the hotel. Our room was covered in old food and pur beds where sp severely broken that you couldnt sleep in them. We thought there had been a mistake and we'd been given a room that wasn't cleaned. When we asked for a new room the lady at the front desk said there weren't any others. She wouldnt let us take pictures of the room to use for a claim for a refund. Wouldnt give us a refund and basically shooed us off the property for refusing to sleep in such a disgusting room. Feel like our money was stolen, still trying to get a refund. Also the manager was wearing a horribly stained tshirt, i didnt even realized she worked there, very unprofessional and her 2 kids where let loose to run around the halls being loud while she yelled at them to be quite att 11pm at night when guests are sleeping.

My fiancé and I stayed at this property a little over two years ago and it was absolutely amazing. I went ahead and booked it again because I had a great experience last time. Everything seems fine..we got to our room on the second floor and it was open. The floor was dirty and hasn’t been vacuumed. We go ask for another room that door is also open and it’s not very clean either. Price is pretty good for however, I will not be returning.

Bathroom had what looked like flecks of white paint all over the dark colored floor. No way it was swept. There were also dark flecks of something on the comforter. Had requested/been confirmed for a king bed, but when we arrived on the 3rd floor at almost 10pm, there were two queens. I was too tired to go down and complain.

Stay away. Lobby looks ok. Beyond that overflowing trash cans in the hallways each floor. Scary walk to room down run down upkept walkways/hallways. First room given was not even put together literally. Had to make the ling walk to office to receive another key to yet another trash room. Which was not clean. Heater did not work and frudge was beat up and did not work. The wash cloth and 2 towels wasclith provided appeared to gray and old. Had a late flight so had to find another hotel in the middle if the night. Exoedia was not able tobwork with the hotel that refused to offer a credit or refund the stay. Baymont -The Wyndham Grouo of hotels second hotel in the state of michigan that I have been just total trash hotels. STAY AWAY. Needs to be knocked down. Felt as if I was in a abandoned hotel turned crackhouse. Lobby was the only half decent part of hotel.

The rooms were below average. The doors didn’t have locks on them so i didn’t feel pretty safe with my daughter there. The sink drain was stopped up and the shower didn’t work. But they switched my room but yeah probably won’t come back. This the second time. The desk manager was amazing though

DONT STAY SPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN
Service was ok but the property was awful xou couldnt walk anywhere because of all the dog feces all over that property outside everwhere u step pn that property there was dog feces everywhere definitely an issue do not go there specially if u going with ur children u will step in dog feces its everywhere! The rooms were dirty and they leave u half rolls of toilet paper stains on bed sheets and covers! Mildew all over the showers definitely dont recommend this place specially if ur taking your family!!

Needs some TLC
The staff members were great, I’d give them 5 stars but the room was very run down, bathroom floor unswept with old paint stuck to floor and very old and run down. Outside door did not close properly, had to use my weight to pull hard to close. No coffee maker in room was a disappointment but coffee was available inside. I think with a little TLC it would be better.
