Towels in my room were not clean. One towel in my room that I thought was clean, I grabbed to use after the shower and it had brown (or what looked brown) stains on it. I would suggest using bleach to clean them, or just completely throwing them away and using new, clean ones.

I did not get in a room until an hour past check in because every room they checked me in had used toilet tissue in the toilet, old tampon lodged and crumbs on the floor like fried chicken crumbs. After the initial room they sent me to and i saw the used wipe in the toilet i told the front desk and the staff and manager did not seem to be too concerned nor in a rush to accommodate me. I basically spent an hour going into additional rooms with same cleanliness issue on the 6 th floor...I was sent to a total of 4 rooms when i asked for the manager i was told he was only the manager.of the bar and not of the hotel. When i requested to be accommodated for my inconvenience i was told the accomodation was that they put me in another room and that there was nothing more that could be done because i purchased through expedia.

THE ROOM WAS GOOD AND CLEAN . THE PHONE WAS OUT OF SERVICE AND I WENT TO RECIPTION MY SELF ,ASKING THEM TO REOAIRE IT BUT NO BODY CAME..??
VERY STRANGE THAT SUCH GOOD HOTEL BUT THERE WERE NO ANY DRINKING WATER IN THE ROOM AND BECAUSE THE PHONE WAS OUT SO I WENT MYSELF TO ASK BATTEL OF WATER FROM RECIPTION....!!!!!!!

Everything is beautiful and the staff is awesome. The heater and hot water are preset. My mom and aunt were cold because I couldn’t adjust the temperature and wanted to take a hot shower.

The hotel was an absolute circus with guests making noise through the hotel literally all night long until morning. (It seemed like there were two large groups using the hotel that night.) Given the reputation of the Mariott brand, I'm disappointed that staff if not manage the situation. We chose it instead of another similarly rated hotel nearby due to the strength of the brand. I wish we hadn't.

The bed was not the most comfortable, I was not able to get any rest during my stay nor was my partner. The internet connection did not work properly, it was spotty and the connection didn't allow me to connect to the internet. I was unable to complete work on the laptop that I needed to complete.

I liked the workout room. I used a treadmill for the first time in my life. I walked off stress and grief in 1 hour. The staff was great even though they didn’t know what I was going through.

Property was great . Room was nice and clean . Good quiet area. My only problem was my room was prepaid before arrival and I was charged again for my stay two days later after checking out. I called front desk clerk to try and get it resolved.

Property has no guest laundry even thought he website says it does. You need to go to the hotel next door& ask if you can use theirs. Luckily a commercial laundry is located 5 mins away

Stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is in a great condition, clean and provides adequate supplies for the stay. I also want to give a compliment to the staff team on an incident. There were guests talking, arguing and yelling loudly in the hallway at 2:30am for 10-15 mins. The security came shortly after and it settled. Thanks for the quick response.
