Honestly it wasn't so much the property it was the staff that would keep me going back the motel was clean it is located for convenience but the staff personnel are the best you're going to get

We enjoyed our stay!!!! I believe the front desk gentleman’s name is Carlos, he was AMAZING!!!! He was kind, knowledgeable, and patient!!!! If/when we return we want him to check us in again!!!! He’s the reason we’d return!!!!

Well the rooms there is nothing as far as hairdryer hair conditioner samples any extras there is none not even books or menu no phone book it's very very basic the breakfast that they supposedly had Continental was coffee oatmeal and packets and protein bar that's it nothing else it was all in the lobby at the counter no sitting area or nothing they have nothing here not even ice machines I was very disappointed in that

Lousy accommodation
The breakfast to-go is a cereal bar and a muddy type of coffee. Facilities are quite OK, but overall it’s somewhat below average.

It took me over an hour to check in. I was third in line. I already had made a reservation and paid online. At one point the computer system went into night audit and delayed even longer. Agent tried to charge me again for my stay. I requested a late checkout due to the delay in checking in and they would only offer me 30 minutes. The appliances are at least twenty years old so if you’re looking for a place to cook look elsewhere. There was so much rust on the stove top and paint was peeling off the fridge.

The nice lady at the front desk when I checked in was very helpful. She was also nice when my 4 year old called the front desk a few times without me knowing. We booked through Expedia and saved a nice chunk of money from the regular rates.

Not the Stay America to choose
The 1-9pm Front desk guy was super polite and friendly. No dishes, cups, paper towels, or anything in room. Batteries missing from remote. No directions for Wi-Fi. Long hair on pillow. Furniture was falling apart. No ice machines. Three horrible pillows. Super think blankets and rough sheet. Heater and cooling worked nicely. Could hear highway and cars clearly in bed. Tub faucet leaked loudly all night. Asked for late check out. Normal checkout 11am. Knock on door at 1010 to see if we were leaving. Called from front desk to ask when we’re leaving at 1030. Awesome shower pressure. Kitchen sink was filthy. To top off the stat the lamp looked like it was filled with fish flies so my bf ram the lamp into the hallway and it was just super filthy. See pics. We’re not crazy. Won’t stay here again. Ever.

The staff was very good but when I got to my room and lay down it was hair and dried-up blood on the sheets. I was not happy about this at all. The front desk put me in another room but it was not in goos shape as well.

For the price I was expecting a lot more. The room was dated. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work, on of the lamps were broken, and the room had a weird smell. I could also hear my neighbors tv and kids through the wall. It was nice that they had a stove top but they didn’t provide and utensils, pots, etc to take advantage of it. The staff was nice but the room was meh.

This was a quick trip to escape the cold from a power outage. Nice hotel. Beds were a little firmer than I would like but still not terrible. Staff was very friendly.
