Floor was dirty, found a sock under the bed, no microwave, old busted up furniture, door was leaky and rain came through the bottom of the door, along with the debris from outside. Horrible.

We had no hot water in the room, the bathroom sink would not drain and the TV would not even turn on. The room smelled so bad of cigarette smoke we had to wash all our jackets after our stay. Disgusting!

Shower doesn't work and neither does the heater. There is a terrible smell, and if I had someplace else to go I would have left. But this Ice Storm has all the rooms booked everywhere. Never coming back.

Horrible stay. First room I was given smelled horrible. It smelled like a ton of lemon scented cleaner trying to cover pet odor and the TV did not work. The second room I was given did not have the horrible smell. The sink is clogged and does not drain. Front desk called to complain about me using the shower. The bed is so uncomfortable it felt like I was sleeping on the floor.

You and them took my money i paid for a hotel room formy daughter and her children. The room and blood stains and was so dirty she couldnt have her kids sleep in. I tried talking with and them about a refund but nothing was done because of the it will be thw last time i use expedia.

They put me in a dirty room . Dirty sheets , blanket stained , room smelled like mildew . Stained chair . Heat blow cold air , Door had gaps where you see daylight and felt air shooting through it . Most important was dirty & saw a bug.
Plus sink water stayed super cold no matter what direction you turned it .
