The property is dirty, the elevator and the hallways smell rotten. The room has a dent in the wall. I checked in at 1:00 PM on 4/11 , left and checked around 1AM on Friday 4/12. I complained to the front desk about the cleanliness and safety. The front desk receptionist told me the property manager will call me. I have not heard anything up until 4/14. Very bad experience and does NOT portray the ratings that Expedia listed during booking. I give the property 1 star.

Staff was pleasant, rooms were mostly clean. There are smudges on the walls and some gunk in the nooks and crannies, but the beds are great. There needs to be USB charger ports though. I brough a block but needed one more, even the crappy ones in the lamps will do. But im accepting that my phone will be nearly dead in the morning.

A bit run down and the halls stank of weed. It was fine for the price and, to be fair, everything stinks of weed in Michigan now. We stayed 2 nights flying in and out of detroit. First room had exposed wiring in the ceiling smoke detector. The second room was better but overall both are in need of some work. Just normal wear after 10 years or so of use. Shes beginning to look her age. I would choose a different hotel if i stay at the Detroit airport again. They rent out parking spaces for travelers so it was hard to find a space to park our car. The staff was very friendly and helpful so no complaints there. This hotel is on par with Red Roof or Radisson. Days Inn is higher quality.

Since breakfast was advertised to be available and was included in the cost of my room, I was disappointed that there was none available until 6 am, when I was due to check in for my flight. Other hotels I’ve stayed at offer a fruit bowl and/or a sack breakfast available to pick up prior to departure for airport. I understand that nobody cares if a traveler isn’t able to eat til hours later.

Extremely dirty and run down. Front lobby was very dirty. Hallway had mouldy water stains on the ceiling. Room smelled terrible. Stains on ceiling. Bathroom was not clean and had mystery stains on the wall. I contacted their head office regarding this disgusting place but never heard back. Obviously just a money grab for unsuspecting airport travellers. They should be ashamed to operate this mess

Everyone was friendly but there was several people checking in and out at the same time took 45 minutes to check in. But the receptionist did her best to get to all of us as fast as she could. She even had a broken finger.

The bartender at the hotel was very personable and provided excellent service! The AM staff at the desk was NOT personable and spent at least 30 mins on her phone complaining about her family out loud. Very unprofessional!

Newly updated, room was good. Breakfast could be improved, microwave omelette and fake sausage, no jelly for my white bread, but I was grateful to get a bite to eat before I left early morning.
