"Great service as always "

"The room was very clean and in great condition. The bed was super comfy and the pillows were nice and plush. The closet was a huge walk in style so I was able to unpack and not have to feel like living out of a luggage bag. I loved the in room refrigerator. The shower was powerful and luxurious. Internet connected easy and was a good speed for working. Being an American speaking English only all staff was kind and spoke English for me. I felt right at home."

"Agradezco la enorme amabilidad de la recepcionista que me atendió antes de la llegada varias veces en inglés, era complicado por cuándo iban a llegar mi marido y mi hijo, y en todo momento todo fueron facilidades y mucha amabilidad. "We were visiting from the US and visiting Colditz Castle. This stop was wonderful with clean, quiet, comfortable accommodations. The water park is a big hit with the locals and visitors alike. Some of the best food we had on our trip. I'd definitely choose to stay again."
