"Everything was clean and neat. Our only issue was with the shower wand that wouldn’t stay on after removing from its holder and the two buttons on the side were leaking fairly good. The pressure from the shower was also minimal. I mentioned this at the front desk as we checked out. Otherwise all was good."

"CLEAN ROOM. UPON ARRIVAL ROOM TYPE BOOKED THROUGH A 3RD PARTY WAS NOT AVAILABLE. HOTEL STAFF VERY NICE MADE CHANGÉS TO WHAT THEY HAD AVAILABLE. THE BOOKING FOR THE HOTEL OCCURRED ONLY 45 MINITES RIOR. ARRIVAL WAS AT ABOUT 1030 AT NIGHT. HOTEL WAS VERY GOOD. NOTHING OUTSTANDING OR ABOVE AND BEYOND. STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY HOTEL WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. OVERALL AN AVERAGE STAY."

"I completely understand that hotels need to make repairs. However, when repairing the outside of the building,’please consider not placing guests in a room they are working on outside the window. The noise in the morning and during the day was annoying. It was also a little unnerving to see men on a ladder outside my window. Otherwise, the hotel was great."

"Only stayed overnight for a wedding in the area, but could not have been more pleased with the experience. The room was large and really clean. Bathroom was also spacious and super clean as well. I arrived early for my check-in but they had my room available and I was able to grab a nap before the wedding. The bed was firm, but not uncomfortable. The manager was running the front desk and she was great! Before confirming that my room was ready, she had a quick conversation with a housekeeping staff member and you would have thought they were family. You could tell that she creates a great work environment for her team which in turn, makes for great experiences for her guests! The hotel is located in an area with several food choices nearby. I did grab breakfast before checking out and it was as you'd expect from standard continental breakfast fare. The team member who was in charge of the area kept everything clean and organized while smiling and greeting each guest who stopped by. Very refreshing!! If you are in the Parkersburg-Mineral Wells area, I highly recommend this hotel, mostly for the people who work there! They truly want you to enjoy your stay! That's what it's all about!!"

"Always a great time at the hotel. Staff always accomidating!! The only suggestion I have is the rooms definitely need a fridge and microwave, Also, would be great to have 2 sitting chairs for elder patrons. Especially having a toddler. Love you WV!"
