"Excellent big house for a large group with 3 separate entertaining areas, a beautiful open plan kitchen and all amenities provided. The table tennis table went down very well with the children and big children alike. The only minor suggestion would be to provide more toilet roll but overall we were very happy with our stay and would recommend to other families looking for a modern clean getaway."

"I was attracted to the driveway and the room wallpaper when I researched on where to stay in North Yorkshire. I was happy with the room though the garden view was a stretch. We had a great dinner at Amber’s restaurant. The steak was decent though the pork loin was too tough. They did pretty mocktails and I was happy to try the sticky dare pudding ice cream. Not too sweet nor cloying. Good that it was both warm and cold. The hotel is 10 minutes walk to Harrogate city centre and Harrogate is a lovely upscale spa town to explore."

"Booked because offered A/C. Appeared locked to their max allowed. Thermo showed my attempt for 18c but temp never changed, lowered: 20? 22? Customer had no control. Heavy duvet, noting visit during extreme heat wave. No top sheet, finally enptied duvet cover of duvet, used cover as sheet covering. Travelers to UK, Europe need be aware hotels generally set A/C 'max'/min. temp. Customer cannot lower, adjust. Lobby noticeably comfortably cool. Mattress very comfortable. TV in odd viewing area if watch from bed. Nice older property with updated fixtures. Atmosphere pleasant."
