"The room appeared to be pretty clean but a little musty. On arrival our room was not ready so we had to leave until the room was prepared and it was after check in on our arrival. Once we turned on the air it's started smelling like urine. We know we couldnt switch due to the front desk telling us earlier there were no more rooms available. We sprayed deoderizer in the room and in the carpet. When it was time for bed idk if whatever they wash their sheets with bothered my skin but I itched the whole time. We always stay here when visiting my inlaws and never had an experience like this. So disappointed. I don't know if it's under new management but something is terribly wrong. I don't think I'll be booking here again. After 16 years this by far was the worse visit"

"As far as Q Inns go, this one looked fine on the outside. Inside the bathroom tub nozzle almost fell c completely off when I pulled the shower knob ip. The toilet seat was so loose we both had a problem. There was one soap and the hairdryer had one speed.. On...and to get that to hapoen I had to push in the GFI. The handle got hot while in use. I have no clue when their last inspection was done but this place needs a lot of work. Even the wood ON THE INSIDE OF ALL THE DOORS was shreaded and torn up. I hate leaving bad reviews and I hated that I didn't get much rest. One redeeming feature, the breakfast area was tidy and clean. "
