Excellent service. I don't have have had hot water the first day but they sent someone to fix
It pretty quick. Room was big and on the 53rd floor. Good view of the city. Close to metro. Also I didn't have any issues with the elevator as some people complained.

Very nice hotel. Staff could not be more accommodating. Great breakfast. Very good location to get around all the areas of Dubai by taxi or Uber. We did not walk very much as was very hot during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.
