"Terrible stay . Very poor service . some staffs are very rude . They called us around 10 am and told us to vacant the room at 11 am . When I asked them but your time of check out is 12 pm then how can you ask for check out. How can you talk to your guest like that then they told me we have 11 am check out rule. I show them Hotels.com app but here it’s reflecting 12 pm and I ask for one hour extension for check out then after lot of argument they allow us for two rooms instead of four rooms...

"I had booked the best villa with river facing views. 6 months ahead of time. A day before I had even called the property to confirm my booking and was assured to come. But when I reached the hotel, I was told that my booking is not with them as the mail from hotels.com has not reached....etc... etc... "Excellent service, fantastic staff loved the breakfast spread and pan Asian food The property is gorgeous we were 4 of us on a girls trip lovely cottages very safe will definitely visit again Thank you to all the staff I also did the 3 and half hour Sukha body scrub massage and facial from Neha It was blissful Lovely pool as well The high tea is just a magical experience Loved our stay "
