"Hotel and staff were helpful. Hotel listed a hot tub as amenities but neglected to list it as seasonal which was disappointing as it’s the main reason our booking. Having a breakfast was a bonus but the coffee was from a machine and tepid. "

"We loved the pretty riverside walks from the hotel, and the sound of the river at night time. Our room was simple, but clean. A cot was provided for our baby. The staff were all friendly. We would stay here again."

"This place looked like an old hotel that we probably bumped into this very year in a stepping-stone period towards its becoming a proper boutique hotel (perhaps I will go back next year to double check). As a matter of fact the reception was stunning but once you get in your room you have the feeling of having being trown in some kind of B&B that needs a lot of refurbishing asap. Staff was indeed very kind and professional (we left at 6.30 am and they were nice enough to make some breakfast one...
