"Excellent place, hasnโt changed a bit in the 3.5 years since we were last there (sometimes hotels degrade; not this one). Killer breakfast with lots of buffet options and out of buffet to order (free!) options. Room are huge and clean. Ask for a higher floor to get a better view and quieter room. There was some construction when we were there but the noise was small and it was 8-6."

"The staff were extremely helpful and polite starting with pick up from the airport. The food is excellent, particularly breakfast in the waterside cafe. The Italian restaurant La Cucina is very good and reasonably priced. I highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Kolkata."

"We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Taj Bengal, Kolkata. The welcome and check-in formalities were warm, polished and reassuring from the outset. The Taj Club room, one I frequently stay in, is always a delight, with its elegant interiors, pleasing views and access to the Taj Club. Breakfast was excellent, both for the quality of the food and the attentive service. The friendly breakfast team offered thoughtful, personalised attention at the table, enhancing the experience. Housekeeping was prompt and meticulous, upending the room everytime we returned to it at the end of the day, sometimes with personalized notes from the room service team. In-room dining was equally commendable in its timely, seamless and entirely effortless feel. Taj Bengal has repeatedly delivered to me a welcome combination of comfort, attentive service, and understated elegance in its signature affable ways."

"Amazing. I have had food at the Jwm at kolkata before. 1st time staying here. Great service all around. Excellent food choices and the bars on the property is a wow. The buffet is great. Each and evey staff is there to make your stay great safe snd wonderful. I will stay again next time. Thanks"
