"This place is rather disappointing…i rarely give bad reviews…but this one definitely deserves it…no housekeeping in both rooms that i booked with Expedia…and the reception staff didnt return my ID nor call me after check in process to give the ID back"

"It’s called the Belmont Hotel on all the travel sites but when you get there, they say through the phone that it’s called Vacasa. This hotel is not open when you peek inside the windows of the hotel and front desk and no one around to assist. We had numerous calls trying to get someone to help us ..."
