Struttura fatiscente. Assolutamente da non considerarsi un 3 stelle. Mi dispiace per (alcune) persone dello staff perché ci mettono l’anima ma non basterà mai a compensare una struttura così. Riassumendo: - COLAZIONE: arrivo in sala colazioni alle 8.15 e trovo ancora piatti e bottiglie della cena della sera prima (rendendo un’impresa trovare un tavolo pulito dove sedermi). Colazione scarna con prodotti scadenti e messi sul buffet in una maniera indecente che neanche un bambino di 7 anni. Torte vecchie. Prosciutto immangiabile (unico prodotto salato della colazione). - CAMERA: premetto che avevo una camera al primo piano (103) quindi non so se le camere sono tutte così: - materasso durissimo con cuscini che sembrano dei fogli A4 per quanto sono sottili - set di asciugamani tutti diversi che sembra di essere a casa della nonna (ne ho trovato uno macchiato) - dalla doccia per circa un minuto usciva acqua giallognola - dal balcone (dove non potevo neanche utilizzare le sedie poiché totalmente ricoperte di polvere) si sentivano tutti gli odori dalla cucina che impregnavano anche i vestiti stesi. - ho trovato due capelli tra le lenzuola. - STAFF: premetto che non ho reclamato nulla allo staff. Leggendo recensioni precedenti in cui a ogni reclamo si veniva snobbati ho preferito lasciar perdere onde evitare litigate con persone che non hanno colpe. - POSIZIONE: posizione buona a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di Diano. Aria condizionata e bidet in camera inesistenti,il mio Chihuahua è stato ammesso ma non ha potuto accedere ne alla mensa,ne in piscina ne in spiaggia.Il servizio è incompetente e inesistente e il buffet con due o tre piatti al risparmio.Stessa cosa per primi o secondi .Parcheggio a pagamento non garantito.

La posiziobe è buona. La camera spaziosa, ma ho trovato la TV non funzionante e lo sciacquone non funzionante il secondo ed ultimo giorno di soggiorno.

Struttura molto vecchia. No aria condizionata, in camera faceva molto caldo, in bagno ancora peggio. La tapparella della camera era rotta, non scendeva e quindi abbiamo dormito con tutto aperto per non morire di caldo. Parcheggio inesistente, abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare sul passo carrabile e soprattutto sorpresa: 13 euro di parcheggio, cosa che non era stata specificata da NESSUNA parte alla prenotazione. Totale 125 euro per una notte ed una colazione minima. Non ci tornerò sicuramente.

Il personale molto gentile ad acoglierci ed anche durante il soggiorno. La mancanza di qualche elemento ormai indispensabile anche per un hotel a 3 stelle, come il minibar oppure anche solo un minifrigo in camera,per non parlare dell'aria condizionata fa si che il nostro soggiorno presso la struttura sia stato uno di livello medio-basso.

Mi spiace dover dire che per essere un Hotel 3 stelle sn rimasta delusa la camera era con due letti singole attaccati e nn hanno neanche messo le lenzuola matrimoniali gli asciugamani macchiati la sala pranzo poco curata le tovaglie a colazione erano sporche nn c'era neanche il numero della stanza che indicava il tavolo il buffet fatto con quattro pomodori due mozzarelle e qualche pezzetto di focaccia il menù sembrava molto povero e sbrigativo il cameriere con la camicia bianca fuori dai pantaloni con una bella macchia di sugo il personale poco preparato mi hanno fatto aspettare una forchetta 10 min che tra l'altro ho dovuto richiedere la macchinetta del cappuccino sporchissima io e la pri. Quando arriviamo stavano ancora sistemando la ns. stanza, quindi andiamo a dare un’occhiata alla spiaggia convenzionata con l’htl. Alle 13 rientriamo e attendiamo ancora, alle 13:30 ci viene data un’altra stanza perché la nostra non era ancora pronta (PRENOTATA E PAGATA A MAGGIO, POSSIBILE CHE AL NOSTRO ARRIVO NON FOSSE PRONTA??) Camera vecchia e poco pulita, scarso flusso di acqua dalle 18:30 e alle 19:30 (in 3 ci abbiamo messo 40 min. x lavarci). Il mattino dopo, alle 8:30, veniamo svegliati di soprassalto da dei rumori di spostamento di mobili che provengono dal piano di sopra: salgo e scopro che proprio sopra alla ns. stanza c’è un solaio che funge da deposito brandine e similari e un addetto stava trascinando mobili vari senza pensare che sotto c’era gente che stava dormendo. Addetto che per altro, con tanto di brandine in mano, ha subito negato l’accaduto e poi mi ha chiesto scusa. Al check-out (puntuali alle h 10) faccio presente che quanto pagato non è conforme al servizio ricevuto, mi viene semplicemente detto “Ci dispiace” SENZA NEANCHE ESSERE GUARDATA IN FACCIA. LA MAGGIOR CARENZA DELLA STRUTTURA E’ LA DISORGANIZZAZIONE E IL DISINTERESSE VERSO IL CLIENTE E LA CARENZA DI PERSONALE. Io provengo da un’agenzia di viaggi, so di cosa parlo. . Se la struttura fosse effettivamente pubblicizzata per quello che è, e cioè una pensione a 2 stelle anziché un htl a 3, e i costi coincidessero con il servizio fornito, di sicuro le recensioni negative sarebbero molto meno!

Abbiamo trascorso il primo weekend di giugno in questa struttura e non torneremo più. L'albergo non ha un portiere di notte e pur essendo rientrati poco dopo le 24 non abbiamo trovato alcuno ad aprirci la porta ,solo un'indicazione sulla porta a rivolgersi ad un numero di telefono a cui non ha risposto nessuno ,inoltre dopo aver suonato un campanello più volte nessuno si è presentato alla porta e dopo aver pagato il parcheggio interno abbiamo dovuto lasciare la macchina fuori La colazione del mattino è stata penosa, una sala priva di personale e con una colazione pressoché assente. Un vero disastro.
