"We had an amazing week! The facility is beautiful and perfectly maintained. The staff are fantastic. We especially appreciated Anika in guest services, as well as Renee and Clementina in the coffee shop. We were "stuck" in Antigua due to the airspace closure and the front reception staff were incredible at helping us cope. We have stayed at many all inclusive resorts and this is clearly one of our favorites. "

"Beautiful hotel and beach. The whole staff was very nice and accommodating. There were some employees who were very nice: Sandra, Melissa, Ella and Margo. But Abigail from the Grazie Restaurant was totally excellent. Employees like her makes the great difference. The only issue we had was making reservation for the restaurants. The App does not work good, and it is very difficult to get reservation in person."

"Sometimes it’s nicer to find hotels that aren’t part of massive companies. A sweeter stay — welcoming and warm (thank you, Lissette, Mellisa, and the other really lovely girls on the front desk). Lovely, large rooms, and full credit to the cleaners who work hard to keep everything spotless. Is there room for improvement? Always. But right now, I just want to congratulate the Tradewinds for making our stays as glamorous as advertised, and for giving us truly memorable, scenic experiences. The Tradewinds is one of those places, with its internal Bay House Restaurant serving up delightful meals and drinks. Many thanks to the very friendly bar staff, working hard to serve those romantic cocktails we usually only dream about while at work. And it’s not just the cocktails — it’s the romantic setting, looking out over Dickenson Bay, where you can pause, stand, and take it all in while you sup. You don’t get this without the hard work that goes into planning and organising these meals. Thanks to matradee (think was Kevin), and the handsome French chef, and all the girls for serving us so well. Props also to one of their recommended drivers ( B Local 268, Brandon ) for getting us into the areas booked for excursions. When you hear about massive storms like Melissa, and the damage they cause to lives and businesses, you begin to appreciate the effort countries go through to make our hard-earned holidays as delightful as the brochures we see online and in magazines. "Small quiet resort. Staff was amazing and friendly. The staff created a personal experience by seeing the same staff members daily. Food was good and didn't have complaints. Room was clean and no issues. The resort needs to be more clear that they are more conscious of plastic waste. So you only get two water bottles in your room that you have to go to the main lobby to fill with filtered water if you're out. Mini fridge only had a bottle of champagne and was not stocked with beers or sodas. Not an issue on our stay as we brought refillable metal water bottles. They only have two kayaks and no paddle boards. So we did not utilize the kayaks out in the bay as most the time there was only a single kayak left for the two of us. So maybe next time. Overall for a quiet relaxing resort we look forward to coming back. "
