"The pet policy on expedia did not match the hotel's policy. Expedia listed $25 per accommodation per stay up to 2 pets. At the hotel they charged me $25 for each pet. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The place was clean. The pillows were half the size of a regular pillow which made it rather uncomfortable. The pillows looked awkward on the bed given it irregular size."

"Loose broken tiles in hallway on 4 th floor. Would have nice to have the breakfast station kept cleaner. Particularly hot food serving area. Need multiple serving utensil holders rather than one. Sausage gravy all over handles and counter. So hard to spread hard butter. Front desk employee dress was not very appropriate for position. Parking lot need repairs. Room was ok, bed good. Could only turn tv on and off by using button on tv, then remote for channel and volume."

"The only thing good I have to say about this hotel is the front desk lady was kind and helpful. The pool slides were not in use ( this was not mentioned in their website or on the phone when trying to book; that was different story, rudest person on the phone ever), the hotel hallways smelled of mold and air fresheners to cover it up, there was old salsa that had been spilled on the sides of one of the beds and floor and the beds were hard, tvs didn’t work…. Let’s just say DON’T STAY HERE!"
