The lady over the reception didn't even hear the words and rejected me for early check in......they don't care about people and think rules are made for people but people are not for rules"

"This was a wonderful experience and the only downfall to my time there was the fact that their hot tub was closed for maintenance. I'm not sure if it was broken and needed repair or if it's their annual maintenance however, it would have been nice to have know ahead of time or have had this completed ahead of the high season as a hot tub after a long day would have been icing on the cake. I also wanted to mention that I appreciate the move to sustainability for toiletries however it would be good to have dates written on the various bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap and lotion as this means they are being replaced since they have high levels of bacteria levels in them!!"

"A bit outdated, but it has everything you need for a short stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the front desk staff were efficient. The complimentary sit-down breakfast was a nice touch, and the server was especially friendly and attentive. The only downside was the gym—it’s essentially a hotel room with a few pieces of equipment, so don’t expect much. The location is excellent, though—just a few minutes from the beach, making it a convenient place to stay."
