"Walls are paper thin. I had a dog in the next room that was barking into the night and for an hour solid in the morning - called the front desk, but no one answered. Very clean facility, but very noisy."

"I reserved 3 rooms for my daughter’s graduation. We arrived at the hotel 3:40pm on Saturday and the rooms were not ready. We ended up checking into only 1 room at first after 4pm because we had to clean up and get ready for dinner. We ended up going to the dinner reservations 30 minutes late. The last room wasn’t even ready until we got back from dinner. What made the matter worse was that the hotel didn’t even take care of us other than giving us some water. It almost ruined our graduation weekend."

"In town for basketball tournament we got to the room Walk in room dropped our stuff and we’re out the door, first look the room looked decent, didn’t get a chance to check the bathroom till we got back at 10pm. Once we got back we went to shower, only to find out we wouldn’t be showering in that bathroom with the condition of the room. After debating for 20 minutes we decided to just check out and make the 3 hr drive home. The jointing door in our room wouldn’t fully shut. So that felt unsafe."

"The hotel canceled our resercation without our knowledge. We had booked this stay months prior. We always stayed at this hotel when ever we dropped my son off at college. Another thing I am a member of Hilton and asked tonspeak to a manager the receptiineset refused and said there was no manager till the next day. We had to find another hotel an hour away."
