"The room is very nice, clean, comfortable bed, very friendly staff but no, drinking water is not free and have to pay 5€ for a bottle. "

"The hotel advertises there's a gym. But it didn't have electric power, and when I asked the reception he said it will automatically start at 7:00 AM. I asked why? he said "for your safety"! I am not sure how 7:00 AM is not safe, but 7:01 is safe... Anyways the other smarter receptionist said they can't start it until 7:00 AM because the gym is located between the rooms. So this is a Hotel Design flaw. Lastly, if my working day starts at 8:00 AM, then this gym is practically useless."

"we were given a room (old style) which was dark with dim lights, but on request we were moved to a better one from 4th to 5th floor. New room was good , modern and nice size. We senjoyed our stay, staff was decent. English lady at the front desk was helping and nice. Cleaning was bit of an issue, cleaner comes and somedays fold the blanket, sometime change the towel, but dont clean the washbasin or WC or the toilet. You can have coffee at the reception area near breasfast area complimentary, which was nice thing. Breakfast was very average limited menu so we skipped to have it there. Recommend to go to Cafe extrablatt , which serves buffet and ala carte as well. Hotel itself is 5 min walk to aegidientorplatz station. 10 min walk away from Kropcke , so nicest location. Rest over all, nice stay. "

"Wer ein klassisches Boutique Hotel erwartet, wird enttäuscht sein - dieses Hotel hat nicht viel, was den Namen rechtfertigt. Aber es ist nicht schlecht! Das Zimmer ist groß und sauber, es ist ziemlich zentral, gut mit öffentlichen zu erreichen, das Bett war bequem, auch wenn die beiden Matratzen auseinander rutschen und es gibt eine kleine Küche. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Was nicht so toll war: die Einrichtung ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Mein Vorhang war total zerfetzt, was nicht sehr einladend aussieht und mit wenig Aufwand schnell behoben wäre, wenn sich jemand kümmern würde. Es gibt keinen Aufzug - das ist mit schwerem Koffer nicht so schön - besonders, wenn das Zimmer im 3.Stock ist. Aber alles in allem habe ich mich wohl gefühlt, auch wenn ich mir, wie schon gesagt, unter „Boutique Hotel“ etwas anderes vorstelle. Ich würde wieder kommen, aber dann auf ein Zimmer weiter unten bestehen oder nur mit Rucksack reisen."

"This hotel was very reasonably-priced, so I was very pleasantly surprised by the standard, especially such a nice location not far from the main station. Friendly helpful staff. Good to find a suitcase stool ready, so its easy to find what you want quickly! (None of the other hotels I've stayed in on this trip have offered this). Perfectly nice breakfast the next morning too. I definitely recommend the Atlanta for someone who doesn't want to spend too much and doesn't expect high-end furnishing etc. You can hear the trains - not too much - but if that bothers you, you can close the window at night and there is no outside sound at all. I'd happily stay at the Atlanta again."
