"The hotel was exceptionally clean. The lobby and pool area were well maintained. The dining area was beautiful and overlooked the water. The staff was very accommodating. Room service trays were not picked up in a timely manner and sat in the halls most of the day. The rooms were wonderful and had all that you need. The Regency club was the best upgrade. The drinks were strong. The food was a little expensive. "

"We booked this online last minute after missing our connecting flight; we needed a reasonably priced hotel close to the airport for an overnight stay. This fit the bill. Staff were very friendly and helpful; our room on the first floor was clean and spacious. We had an issue with the tv and the front desk clerk tried to assist. There’s limited food options nearby so we ate at the airport before checking in. That said, there is a restaurant on the top floor (Indian and Thai food); we ate a continental breakfast. We were assured that all meat served is halal and that was an added benefit. Nice hotel; good price; welcoming staff."

"Spent 1 night to travel to Tobago the next morning. Very convenient. Very nice hotel with great amenities in the room. The shuttle was very convenient and clean. We didn’t have to wait long. Breakfast was very good offering a nice mix of local and the usual breakfast options. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay again!"
