"Great new location, new building; off the highway. Clean building. The power went out during our check-in, the whole area/town had no power. Generator caused the building to have some lights on in the lobby and luckily the elevators had power. After a long drive we appreciated the chance to get to our room and even though there were no lights (ironically we had some flashlights that helped). Blackout only lasted maybe 30 mins thankfully. Front desk made our check-in as smooth as possible considering the situation.
The only issue was that I wished the bathrooms had an exhaust fan that we could control. Other than that we appreciated a comfortable place to rest our exhausted bodies. Breakfast was good too!"
"Television in my room did not get any signal for being able to view any channels. Shower was horrible. Towel rack was broken with a handwritten sign to “Do Not Use”. Lobby was dead bolted in the morning so I couldn’t get any complimentary breakfast or coffee that was supposed to be included in the room rate. Will avoid this place in the future."
"The outside of the hotel needs some work
The breakfast needed more than instant oatmeal for breakfast. Muffins wrapped separately would have been nice. Banana along with the apples. Cold cereals in little bowls. Just anything more than what they had."
"I was very impressed with this Hampton Inn. From the moment I walked in at 10PM, I was greeted warmly. The floor was quiet - a plus. The room was so cool and I love that for sleeping. I slept like a baby."
