"Extremely convenient location. Newly renovated with modern furnishings. The kitchen was useful. The management was flexible and helpful. The main disappointment was that the listing didn't include all taxes, but rather before check-in, we had to pay an extra 10 Euros for a tax that was not included in the price. Another slight inconvenience is that after registering with Expedia, one had to complete a new registration with Camelotels."

"Staying at The Usual was an incredible experience! Our room was very quiet and stayed plenty cool and dark, despite the fact that we were there during the big heat wave! The food and drinks from the U Bar were excellent and so convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially Itzel! We felt the staff wanted us to be comfortable and enjoy our stay, and we did! The overall feel of the hotel is funky and modern, and I loved all the features that made it eco-friendly! We would definitely stay again. Thanks for being our sweet home away from home for 5 days!"
