Amazing staff and service

I booked this hotel for my partner’s birthday trip. It was the great choice! The hotel itself is nice but the staff made it amazing! Everyone was welcoming and nice from the arrival to departure. Also, my partner got a handwritten card and a box of chocolate ❤️ thank them for making our weekend better! When we come back to town, we are definitely coming back to the hotel

The setting is very nice especially the back patio. The service was very poor especially the maitre’d. He told us to sit in the back patio. We sat for a period of time with no service. It turned out this area was served only by one person that was responsible for the inside bar. We moved and it still took time to receive service. The room had awful shag carpeting. The bathroom set up was weird with the commode located at the entrance away from the rest of the bathroom. The last evening the TV didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it. Find another hotel.

I recommend Grand Hotel La Cloche Dijon for anyone looking to explore the city by foot. It was very easy to walk to the main sites and restaurants in the city. The hotel was also well kept and very clean.
