Good morning,We have received your message and thank you for it.We are sorry to hear that your stay did not go as you wished.We send, the day before arrival, to each of our customers the direction of the municipal car park near our hotel. You will understand that it is complicated for us to configure the SATNAV.We have indeed a safe in the hotel as mentioned on the website and as stated also, we have rooms with showers and others with bath. a message when you make the booking is enough to inform us for a choice of one of the two. you will understand that we are restricted in space due to the proximity of the city center.For ecological measures, the group and specially our hotel offers a welcome drink service with tea, coffee and of course still or sparkling mineral water according to your preferences.We will report your comment to the Management service.We work hard to satisfy all our customers.I'm looking forward to seeing you again,Cordially,
