The stay would have been perfect should have we been informed of ongoing renovations in the hotel. We were also moved twice of rooms because the AC did not work... staff was so nice so i want to give them credits for that, but otherwise it was disappointing...

Very clean and tidy room. Housekeeping is very efficient. Excellent breakfast and a nice rooftop bar and a plunge pool overlooking the city. By far the best thing about the hotel is the wonderful staff who are always very friendly, attentive and helpful. The location is very central for exploring the main attractions such as the Independence Palace and the War Remnants Museum which are easily accessible on foot.

Les drapés étaient tachés et très usés pour le draps du dessous. La couverture supplémentaire donnée n’avait pas été lavée vu l’odeur. Il y avait des vieilles taches de jus ou soda au sol, et le carrelage était marqué par l’eau
