Room was relatively clean, but the old quarter is noisy so be prepared for a that. First time in Hanoi so I have no idea how this compares to other boutique hotels

Room is clean, staff were all very courteous and accommodating. The staff from the front desk, hotel crew and restaurant staff went up and beyond to make sure we got everything we need. The breakfast has a lot of options and delicious. We truly had a memorable and enjoyable stay at The Premium Splendid. Big thanks to all the staff.
