"For a two night stay the room was adequate. The bathroom was very small but it served its purpose. The front desk on Friday afternoon was a bit of a grump. Barely spoke to us. The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was small but ok. Spa was nice and warm. The restaurant next door was excellent. Great quality of food and prices were reasonable. Short walk to Dolphin Bay resort. You could also walk to a few stores and restaurants as well."

"Thproughly enjoyed our stay at Beach House - we'll definitely be back. Stayed in the Aloha Mahalo room on 3rd floor which has a great ocean view and private balcony with comfortable patio furniture. The hotel was quiet, had private parking and was close to the beach, pier, dining and shops. Staff was polite and friendly. The king size bed was very comfortable, the room has a nice gas fireplace plus a convenient kitchenette with large refrigerator, microwave and coffeepot. The room exceeded our expectations and made our Pismo stay memorable. Note: Bathroom has limited counterspace"

"This hotel was perfect for our stay. It was really nice, the amenities were wonderful. They gave us a credit for each day for $10 to go towards food or drinks at their on site restaurant. They had a nice balcony lounge area over looking the pier and ocean with fire pits and heaters available. The proximity to the ocean was prefect literally 3 ft away. The pier was just a few feet away from that which was wonderful. Traveling to most of the things around Pismo this location was perfect for rather driving or walking. The rooms were nice and spacious just like on the site. You do have to pay to park and the parking isn't bad but we also went during the week when it was less busy. I would definitely be going back to visit and hopefully stay here."

"Our room was quite spacious and clean. The grounds were beautifully done with access to a private beach and kayaks . We really appreciated the Saturday morning complimentary yoga class on the grass overlooking the ocean. And soaking in the jacuzzi at night while gazing at the stars. We appreciated the included breakfast as well. The Pismo Preserve hiking trails are walking distance."
