"Our stay at the Ledgestone Hotel started out amazing even before we arrived. I had booked a couple of rooms and didn't book what I really needed so I called and spoke to Shannon first. She was so pleasant and helpful to see what she could do to fix my reservation. She put me in touch with Anna (Manager) who fixed my mix up and was so prompt to call me back. When we arrived, I was greeted by Angela. She took it from there. She was friendly, quick at getting us checked in, helpful with getting both my rooms next to each other and went further to help us get water that we needed to fill some buckets. Anna stopped by to introduce herself and make sure everything was good for us and offer to help if not. Our rooms were clean, as the whole hotel was, our beds were amazing. Big nice firm new mattresses, nice kitchen and it was quiet. I can't thank the ladies at Ledgestone enough for making our trip so great. I would recommend this place hands down and we will stay there again next time!"
