Great Hotel Good Service

Very good nice Hotel direct in the city center from Dipolog city. Good bar friendly Service crew. Only the western Breakfast is very small. We will stay again its a nice Hotel .

The tv was not smart. It speakers were archaic. The room wasn’t bad but the door lock is hit and miss. You have to press the card twice to be assured that no one can enter your room. No one told me that actually I discovered it myself. And they don’t allow marang in the building. I can understand durian. But Marang ? You gotta be kidding me

It’s the most convenient hotel in the city close to almost everything. The only downside, they don’t change their linen often or the laundry is not done well as it shows smudges or hair upon getting in to the room. Maybe they’re saving some cost on linens. Not worth it, the hotel looks luxurious and it should match the room quality.

Location and avcesibility to local transportation. The place was very clean. The entire staff were very hospitable and friendly. The have good food at the Olive Tree restaurant. Breakfast was portioned accordingly. Great place.

This hotel was awesome. The staff was excellent especially Jula. She was very very helpful. The food in both restaurants was delicious. The morning team at breakfast was incredible and super friendly. I would recommend to anyone. Very good.

Convenient and cozy

Was a very pleasant stay here for a wedding. General area is nice and in the middle of the city, and conveniently located within walking distance of the boulevard. There's also a restaurant in the ground and fifth floors. My room was decent but had a problem with its lock, but staff fixed it very quickly. Would stay again. Wifi is very spotty though.

This is one of our favorite hotels but it was busy so we had to book one of their smaller rooms. The room had no refrigerator. Hotels.com stated it had a water heater and coffee and tea but it had nothing. The room we rented was a twin room with supposed twin beds but the beds seemed smaller the twin size. Breakfast was good and there is a bar on the top floor.

We always stay at D’Hotel on our travels back to Manila, we had Small Issue at check-in over upgrade I made to our room on Hotels.com app, , it was taken care of , we stayed in executive suite , nice room, very spacious, only issue was the spa tub did not work, it would not fill as water was very little when turned on. We dined in the 1st floor restaurant , I look forward to the sweet and sour fish but my wife and I were very disappointed with our meals . Instead of nice breaded filets , we got bits and pieces of fish with too much breading. It took quite a wait for our food to be served as our group of 4 was the only diners in the room. The servers and wait staff were good as well as the front desk and security officer.

It seems like the Hotel is not properly maintained. The air conditioner is dripping water and it is located above the bed. It rained hard during the night/early morning and there’s a leak by the lobby coming from the roof and when we reported the problem, they put folded towel to soak up the water leak. It looks like the problem existed because there’s rust by the ceiling light housing. The elevator have a sign that it’s under maintenance but no one is working and it’s been broken for more than a week.

Sign on refrigerator says complimentary water, drink on us. My wife, daughter I drank the water (5 bottles) and was told at Check Out that the water in the fridge is 60 pesos per.. had to buy those “free” waters. TV didn’t work, remote was taped. They should double check these rooms for readiness, clients don’t have time to be calling the front desk all night. The front desk had no idea on that restaurant hours of operation. Said that they’re open until 11, when in fact they close at 9. Educate the staff. Showers water was barely warm at best, not nearly hot enough. Not sure if I’ll be back, may try Arianna instead.
