"We booked this Villa and had to arrive late because our flight was delayed until the next day. We called to arrange the late check in and the owner ignored our calls and texts all day. When we finally arrived the guard wouldn’t let us in and said someone was already staying in the Villa. After hours of Hotels.com customer service trying to talk with the owner they finally spoke to the owner and he said we could check in the next morning. "TERRIBLE experience. The security did not allow us to get onto the property without a room number. The owner of the property never picked up their phone and we called them hundreds of times. Was then stuck in a foreign country in the middle of the night trying to find a place to sleep.."

"All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. "This was such an unforgettable trip. The staff was amazing and from the food, drinks, spa and views. My now fiancé proposed on the trip and Rascine was amazing in the set up. I’d rate it 100/10. The value was great too since it was all inclusive and there were restaurants you could reserve. Not that this was a downside at all, but we were probably the youngest there at 27/29 but we were there to relax!"

Fantastic Boutique Hotel

"I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this beautiful boutique hotel in Jamaica, and I can confidently say it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcomed every single person I interacted with was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Their hospitality truly made the experience feel like a home away from home. The food was another highlight of my stay every meal was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with love. Knowing that the hotel partners with local farmers to source fresh, sustainable produce only made each bite more meaningful. It’s a wonderful feeling to support a place that supports its community in such a thoughtful way. As a Black/Jamaican owned hotel, this place also carries a deep sense of pride and authenticity that you can feel in everything from the decor to the service. I’m so glad I chose to stay here and will absolutely be returning on my next visit to Jamaica. Highly recommend!"
