"I have travelled extensively never ever have l been told on day it was 34c the Air Conditioning was broken in our room that they had no other accommodation as hotel was booked. I explained l booked this hotel because of the air conditioning six months prior to coming due fact l have a lung disease. I was then told 15 minutes later that they did have another room two rooms down and we could move to this room reassured the A/C worked. "a lovely, nicely decorated small hotel in the center of the city. very happy with nearly everything about the hotel, except that the staircases are really narrow and it was an effort to climb the stairs with luggages. highly recommended for family holiday."

"The place is fine except for one thing: the chairs are terrible and tiny. It was hard to sit in them and, as my primary purpose was to get some work done on my computer, the terrible chairs put a negative pallor on my visit."

"Bei unserer Ankunft erhielten wir ein Zimmer , in dessen Badezimmer der Abluft Ventilator so laut pfiff, dass trotz geschlossener Tür an Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Einen Zimmertausch verneinte die Rezeption mit der Begründung das Hotel sei ausgebucht. Nach der dritten Reklamation war dann doch ein Upgrade möglich. Wir finden den Kundenservice fraglich, da keinerlei Kulanz gezeigt wird, obwohl wir angeboten hatten , das Zimmer zu behalten und für die folgenden Tage die Mehrkosten zu...
