This is a very dishonest business
The hotel charged us for our stay 2 days before we even arrived. When we arrived to book in to the hotel, we found that they had rented our room to someone else and then denied that we had even had a booking. Room was exceptional. Clean, comfy, spacious and warm. Fridge in the room if needed. The Host, (Lumi) is friendly, polite, and extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend this establishment to everyone. Thanks Lumi, for your kind consideration, and excellent service!
